New House, New Home

Due to some terrible circumstances at work Richard was forced to look for another job. He found a teaching job in Wichita, KS teaching 5th grade. It is a great school district. They pay for everyone to be on insurance and a teacher that Richard had not met offered to let all of us stay in her house until we found somewhere. This was God pushing us to where we were meant to be. What the Devil wants for evil, God uses it for good. Richard is so happy at his new job and I am able to stay at home and finish my classes without having to work. I will be graduating with a degree in Psychology in May or June 2009. Here are pictures of the house we are at now. I have tons of boxes to put away.

People from one congregation (1 of 31 churches of christ here in Wichita) came to help us move in. There ended up to be 9 people here to help. What a blessing that was for us. My parents are going to bring down our car this friday and the rest of our boxes and then we will officially be moved to KS. Apparently it has to rain every time we move and it was a downpour when we moved into this house. I had no idea that Kansas even got rain. Who knew?

This is going upstairs to the main level. The main level has the rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room/living room

This is going down stairs to our family room and 1/2 bath. This is also where we can go out to the garage. We have a HUGE back yard that God has blessed us with and our landlord says that in 6 months we can start to rent to own if we want to. God is so good!

I had to throw these pictures in of Isabelle and Gideon because, well, they are just cute. I will miss getting to see them all the time. I am so glad that they are close enough to visit though.
